Job Title: Senior Health & Safety Specialist

Job Location:  North Wales, PA

Compliance Management International (CMI) is a professional management firm headquartered in Montgomeryville, PA that provides organizations of all sizes with hands-on solutions to Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) and related issues. Our clients cover a wide array of different industries throughout the country.

Due to our growth, we are currently in need of a Health and Safety Specialist in our North Wales, PA office.

• BS and 10 years of experience in a related H&S field with Advanced Degree preferred

• Professional Certification (CSP Preferred)

• Experience in project management and consulting is preferred

• Thorough knowledge of H&S regulations, including electrical safety, machine guarding, confined space and combustible dust, is required

• Excellent verbal and communication skills to ensure effective client presentations and internal training and mentoring

• Continued commitment in self-development of H&S knowledge and expertise including active participation in professional associations and continuing education

• Teamwork and collaboration for partnering with internal team members

• Flexibility and comfort working under tight deadlines and changing priorities

• Excellent customer service and follow-up skills and behaviors

• Ability to travel up to 25%

These positions are responsible for conducting health & safety audits through our insurance partners and will ensure health and safety compliance through training and written programs for other CMI clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the flexibility to adapt to our clients’ needs, and the ability to travel are required.
