Job Title:  Part-Time IT Support

Compliance Management International (CMI) is a professional management firm that provides organizations of all sizes with hands-on solutions to Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S), Department of Transportation and related risk management issues. Our clients cover a wide array of different industries throughout the country. CMI also staffs an in-house Information Technology team to enhance our services through customized EH&S software tools.

As a result of our continued growth, CMI is currently seeking an experienced IT Support person for a part time position.

The qualified candidate will have five (5) years minimum experience in VMware Win2003 and VMware Win2008 servers, AD and Exchange 2010, WinXP/Win7 OS and MS Office 2003/2007suites in a LAN environment.

Essential Duties
Responsible for all aspects of PC hardware and software environment, configurations, upgrades, troubleshooting, corrective actions and procedural documentation.

Education
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technology, Computer Programming, Networking Technology, Computer Science or closely related degree.

Experience
Minimum: five years of experience as an IT support technician with virtualized servers. Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems. Must have strong organization and verbal and written communication skills. Work well with end user community.

Web module development using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and Javascript are a plus but not required.

Hours and weekdays are flexible.
