YOU will be treated with respect. Your calls will be answered within the same business day. Your questions will be answered directly and with the understanding that you may not be familiar with our services.

YOU will be treated as an individual having unique needs that can only be addressed by listening first before actions are planned and implemented. We will ask for your goals before we propose anything to you.

YOU will be provided with an understandable and specific scope of work, a realistic cost estimate and schedule tailored to your needs.

YOU will be served by an experienced project team led by the project manager stated in your proposal.

YOU will have access to any of our professionals and will benefit from their knowledge in their areas of expertise.

YOU will not incur additional costs if switching to us from another provider.

YOU will receive the desired communication during the course of your project or partnership with us. The frequency will be tailored to your specific needs.

YOUR work product will be accurate and comprehensive as well as completed within the stated time frame. It will pass peer and management review prior to submittal to you or a regulatory agency. If in the event there is an issue with an incorrect report, we will assume responsibility and correct the unsatisfactory work product at no charge and in a timely manner.

YOU will be assessed a reasonable and competitive fee. We will not assess administrative fees (e.g. time, office materials, copies, postage, etc.) required to execute your project. Your invoices will clearly indicate what your charges are and what was done for them.

YOU will be appreciated as a loyal client. You will be surveyed after our project for your feedback on how we have met your goals.

YOUR company or project size will have no bearing on how we apply the above claims.
