ROBERT B. ASHER, Co-Chairman, Asher's Chocolates, a fourth generation family business founded in Philadelphia in 1892. Mr. Asher is active in numerous political and medical/educational organizations and has been recognized by many organizations for his civic contributions.

WALTER D'ALESSIO, Vice Chairman NorthMarq Capital, Inc. Mr. D'Alessio has over forty (40) years experience in real estate projects as Executive Director of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority and as Executive Vice President of the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation. Mr. D'Alessio serves on numerous Boards including Chairman of the Board of Blue Cross/Blue Shield and a member of the Board of Directory of Exelon/PECO.

WILLIAM J. MARRAZZO, President and CEO of WHYY Inc. and formerly President of Roy F. Weston Inc. and Water Commissioner of the City of Philadelphia.

JOSEPH W. "Chip" MARSHALL, lll, ESQ., former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Temple University Health Systems. He served as founding principal of Goldman and Marshall, a law firm specializing in corporate health law. Mr. Marshall serves on many boards including the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board where he was the first person appointed to the seven-person Board, Medicaid Commission, Temple University and the Hospital and Health System Association of Pennsylvania.

JOHN C. MCMEEKIN, served as former President and CEO of Crozer-Keystone Health System and Senior Vice President of Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

HUGH MOULTON, A graduate of Yale Law School, Mr. Moulton was also former Chair of the Board of Trustees of Arcadia University and former Executive Vice President and COO of both Alco Standard Corp. and Unisource Corp.
