About 2 hours on site
Typical for one audit, depending on the site and the complexity of the project.

Support between visits

  • Phone support for your team
  • Support during production, scheduling, and forecasting meetings
  1. Site walkthrough A complete walk of the site, ideally with your superintendent or foreman alongside our safety professional. We observe the contractors and subcontractors under your authority, with the focus on hazard identification and mitigation.
  2. Closing meeting Before we leave, we discuss what we observed, positive and negative, with site leadership.
  3. Site report You receive a written report of the observations and findings from the walkthrough. Distribution goes through you.
  4. Follow-up We follow up on previous findings, so contractors and subcontractors continue to adhere to compliance rules.
